Please Reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are sick, have been sick or have any known exposure to someone sick in the last 10 days.

Scheduling: We reserve our time exclusively for you, please call 24 hours in advance for any scheduling change. We are by Appointment Only and require a credit card to reserve your appointment time.

Arrival Time: Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service, so please arrive on time so that you may receive your full service. We recommend that you arrive at least five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in, fill out any necessary forms if it is your first visit.

For late arrivals, your appointment time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest. The usual fee for the treatment will remain the same.

Payment: We accept Cash, Credit Card or Personal Check.

Cancellation Policy:

Same Day Cancellation will be charged 50% of service cost. First time same day cancelation fee will be credited towards your next visit.

A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a 50% charge of services reserved.

No-shows will result in 100% billing equal to the total amount of services reserved. We will provide a reminder text, email, or call 24 hours in advance. This is a courtesy contact only and should not be relied upon. Clients are responsible for their appointments. First time No-show, 50% of cancelation fee will be credited towards your next visit.

Children: Because of confined space and to ensure the relaxation and quiet enjoyment of your massage, we are unable to accommodate children. Thank you for your understanding.

Gratuities: Gratuities are both appropriate and appreciated!
